Learn to say "I love you" to yourself!
This is a profound guided meditation and exercise.
This class will be offered online so you can be in the comfort of your own home. The only person on video will be me, so you don't have to worry about other people seeing you online. Besides your first name in the group, you are anonymous. This exercise tends to bring about tears, but in a good way. Have tissues ready.
All of my guided meditations are structured to bring you inward for in-sight, healing, and soul evolution. Though this is a guided meditation, it's also a healing class. I will lovingly guide you inward, feeling enveloped by your soul and the divine. In this safe space, you will visit different timelines of your life when you didn't receive the love and comfort when you needed it most.
Many of us find it easier to give our love to others than to give it to ourselves. It's time to love yourself! You deserve it! Turn inward. Fill your soul with love!
This exercise/meditation can help shift your perception of yourself - now and when you were young. It's a great way to begin developing (or strengthen) self-compassion, kindness, non-judgment, and love.
Feel the love inside of you! Get personal with it! Own it! And if you're already a giver of love, you may find even more to give after this class.
In order to make changes in your life, you must show up for it. Every step is an action step, but you must take those steps to improve the quality of your life. I invite you to show up for this meditation and exercise. Learn to say "I love you" to you!
Cost is only $20.00 for a class you can use over and over since it will also be recorded.
Plan ahead: lightly think about a few different times throughout your lifetime when you could've used a hug or an "I love you". If you forget to do this, the times will naturally arise anyway. Have your journal ready so you can write down any messages you receive. Have tissues handy. Try to find a quiet place for the duration of the exercise.
